I have been using this product for weeks now and I am very happy with this product. I see a difference with my skin , hair and nails. Also, I love that you get other vitamins has well then just Phytoceramids. I love that you take just one pill a day intended of two pills a day. My skin and hair feels softer then before I love this product. I recommend this product to everyone.
